Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Certain types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. Likewise, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or Discounted Items (if applicable)
Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please email us at somnicalme@gmail.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by mail.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gifted it had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the original buyer, and they will be informed of your return.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
